I enjoy the tranquility of nature and self discovery. Introspection, the curiosity and self-exploration got me to learn more about myself what I spend my time on, what my likes and dislikes are and so on. Sometimes I find myself interested in my past and try to draw some conclusions about myself or other people. In the midst of that I usually find a period of time I don’t know what happen. There is a French saying “À la recherché du temps perdu.” which mean “in search of lost time” also translated as “remembrance of things past”. That was exactly what I got stuck doing.
To me, time is precious at the same time it can be cruel. Time let’s you know what you lost, it can also be opportunities to fix our mistakes. Surely time can be break you into a million pieces. Imaam Muhammad ibn ‘Abdil Wahhaab (rahimahullaah) said: By Time. Mankind is certainly in loss. Except for those who have eemaan (those who truly believe) and perform righteous deeds, and enjoin one another with the truth and enjoin one another with patience.
Knowing how far I’ve reached spiritually I still have a long way to go. I pray my eeman (faith) increases. I pray Allah forgives us He is knowledgeable of our situations. I pray He separates our problems from it as He has separated East from West.
