Unplanned joy

The other day, I decided to visit a beautiful plant garden to immerse myself in nature. However, I stumbled upon a breathtaking palace. The grandeur of its architecture, the serene gardens, and the sense of history captivated me. Exploring its halls and gardens was a spontaneous delight that filled me with awe and wonder. It was a reminder of the joy that can come from embracing the unexpected.

I like to have my day planned out, keeping a visualized list in my mind even if it’s not written down. When I have free time, I enjoy spending it on activities such as exploring new hobbies, focusing on self-care, or simply relaxing to recharge.

Balancing both structured activities and spontaneous moments, especially during my ample free time, enriches me and allows me to create cherished memories.

Psychological therapists suggest that spontaneity boosts creativity and reduces stress, while planning enhances productivity and control. A balanced approach can regulate circadian rhythms, lower cortisol levels, and promote health and happiness. As you plan Allah plans too and He is the best of planners. Future intentions, resolutions, and aspirations are driven by hope, which motivates action. As a Muslim, I recognize the significance of saying “inshallah” (if Allah wills) because everything happens with Allah’s permission.
